Everyone’s unique and that’s wonderful – I want to be able to harness the calm grounding energy of foundational osteopathy and take people to the next level; to create moments of wellness, whatever that means for them today.
Our Story – Back to the Source
At the heart of Mindful Movement is a simple philosophy: true healing begins by returning to the source. This guiding principle shapes every aspect of our approach to osteopathy looking beyond symptoms to address the root cause of discomfort, imbalance and dysfunction.
Our founder and lead practitioner is a fully qualified osteopath, trained at the prestigious British School of Osteopathy (BSO). With a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal, their practice blends structural and natural healing methods to restore health, balance and movement.

A lifelong passion for physical wellbeing, sparked through early experiences in martial arts, running, and yoga, has evolved into a professional commitment to supporting others on their healing journey. Whether treating postural strain, injury, or stress-related tension, the focus remains the same: to help each individual reconnect with their body’s own wisdom and return to a state of natural balance.
About Me
Having worked in the Finance industry for years I decided it was time for a change. I was working long hours drained in a role which was no longer supporting my purpose. It was 2008 and the banks were going through a crisis which gave me the optimal push I needed to listen to my calling.
After a snowboarding accident in Switzerland my Osteopath restored my health and brought mobility back into my life so that’s how my journey with Osteopathy began.

I quit my senior role in an International financial institution and pursued Osteopathy at the LSO.
In July 2014 I completed a masters in Osteopathy and a diploma in Sports massage. Throughout my patient journey I have found with most symptoms and pathologies one must work globally and holistically in order to make an effective change to find solutions to the underlying source of pain.

My Approach & Values
From an early age, I found joy in running and martial arts, and that passion for movement has continued into adulthood—through yoga, half marathons, and snowboarding in the Dolomites. Movement has not only strengthened my body but also taught me to understand and manage pain as part of the healing process. This lifelong discipline forms the foundation of my approach to wellness.
Movement as a Path to Healing
My approach focuses on eliminating toxic build-up in the body and creating bespoke treatment plans that address your unique needs. By targeting dysfunctions in the body’s axial structures—often caused by posture, stress, or trauma—we work together to restore alignment. Through therapeutic work on muscles and fascia, the goal is to help you return to a state of homeostasis and overall well-being.
Personalised, Holistic Treatment
True wellness involves both body and mind. I incorporate techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, functional movement, and cranial treatments to regulate the central nervous system. By supporting both mental clarity and physical strength, we work towards a vibrant, holistic state of health—one that goes beyond symptoms and nurtures your whole being.
